One Saturday night my husband and I were watching a movie. They had the concept of creating a Vision Board. Then I had the opportunity to sign up for a workshop with my associates from Women's Business Connections on making my very own Vision Board. It was so much fun and it made me think about what I really want to achieve this year with my personal life and my career. I found it to be a stress-free way to off-load your deepest chunks of inspiration without thinking too hard about it. It is one thing to set a list of goals on a piece of paper and go back to it from time to time to see how well you are doing with achieving your goals but putting it on paper and seeing it visually is different. Visualization is one of the most popular and effective mind workouts that you can do.
Whenever you see something that inspires you on a daily basis you are constantly reminded to stay on course. It helps as a motivator to stay on track. It helps you get passionate about goals. "Passion is energy". A number of celebrities such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and Oprah Winfrey, have used vision boards to manifest what they want in life.
Do you have a Vision Board? If so please share with me a picture of your Vision Board. Is it working for you? Can't wait to see them!
